Luxe Haven welcomes independent military veterans, seniors, and adults in transition who are ready to thrive in a safe, supportive, drug- and alcohol- free environment.

Members are welcome to call Luxe Haven home for as long as they’d like, provided they continue to follow our community guidelines.

Your monthly membership depends on the room type you select—shared or private—after your assessment. To reserve your space, there’s a one-time, non-refundable $300 move-in fee.

Your monthly fee covers it all—utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and your choice of a shared or private room. You’ll also enjoy full access to common spaces like the kitchen, living room, dining area, and outdoor patio (where available).

Program fees are handled through the approved options listed in your Luxe Haven handbook for easy reference.

Start with a quick membership assessment and proof of stable income. From there, just fill out a short application (5–10 minutes). Most approvals are completed within 3 business days, unless there’s a waiting list.

No credit check needed! As long as you agree to follow community guidelines, you’re welcome to apply.

Each residence is unique, offering both shared and private rooms (based on availability). You choose what fits your lifestyle.

We love pets, but to keep everyone comfortable and safe, animals aren’t permitted in our residences.

If you want to spend the night out, sure no problem! But if you plan on coming back we ask everyone to be inside by 11 PM. Members are free to come and go, but we ask that everyone respects our quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM to ensure a restful environment.

To keep our community private and secure, visitors are not permitted inside Luxe Haven residences.

Your safety is our priority. Residences feature secure electronic locks, security cameras, routine inspections, and on-site staff presence. Members can also report concerns anytime through our dedicated portal.
